  Absolutely hated it! I think I have finally encountered the worst customer service, ever, getting yelled at! Walked in today wanting to buy a box last minute before my travel abroad. The old woman store clerk at the desk was hunkered down looking at a piece or paper and there was one customer in the store sitting comfortably chatting with her. A gossip session in progress..My question was intended for the store clerk to point at where the boxes are and her shocking response was the yelled out "I am busy with a customer!". Incredible! Sorry I asked!! You just lost a customer!! and of course she deosnt care.. its not her store..and I wont be back anywhere near there until this behavior is erased from UPS altogether. Guys.. do something!!

  My wife & I came to the UPS Store today with several needs. They were very busy for a Saturday but when it came our turn, we were treated as if we were the only customers in the store. Can they ever multi task! Frustrating to us was our Comcast experience prior to showing up here and the staff person apologized to us for our misinformation from Comcast & then proceeded to take care of the equipment explaining every step and totally put my wife at ease. We had 2 other (what we thought were difficult) bags of gifts to send to 2 different destinations and again while juggling phone calls, she quickly accessed each group for packing needs and processed shipping labels with tracking numbers while we waited. For the excellent service we received my wife and I felt our charges were very acceptable. Thank you for the best experience ever & we wish everyone was as friendly & helpful as you!
